Dye characteristics
1. High dye uptake, good improvement, and a reduction of over 60% in COD of dyeing residue compared to similar powder products.
2. Good dry and wet rubbing fastness, resistance to soap washing and thermal migration (migration). Compared to similar powdered dyes in large-scale production, it can increase by about 0.5 levels.
3. Dyes have excellent levelness and the characteristics of looser (softer) fabric after finishing.
4. The pH value adaptability is between 3.5 and 6.5, but when dyeing in a weak acidic state between 4.0 and 5.5, the dye exhibits the best performance in all aspects.
5. The dyeing residue can be reused multiple times, has high conductivity resistance, and can maintain a stable and consistent dyeing effect.
6. It is suitable for dyeing polyester fiber, plush, cheese yarn, suede, Microfiber, etc., and the dyed fabric is easy to restore and clean.
